We have 2 nodes for our Web Tier on OTM 6.2.8, One serving our external customers and one for our internal corporate employees the redirection is handled by the Reverse-Proxy/Load balancer on the network layer.
When ever we create a Mew manager layout or save queries on shipments on one of the web server, it does not show up when logged in through the other. We are able to see the Manager layouts on the server filesystem where it was created. But, it is not getting transformed or show up on UI when logged in from the other web server.
Is there a solution around for this? or are we missing something on our setups ?
