How to pass a different ship to address as the ultimate drop off location

Hello Gurus,

We have a unique requirement wherein, we have to pass a carrier's site address as the ultimate drop off location through the Shipping Transpostation Outbound Interface. In EBS, carriers get created as HZ_Parties (without any customer account) and have an associated party site. We want to send this party site as the ultimate delivery address for an order.

The WSH_OTM_OUBOUND package requires the value of
wnd.customer_id ||''-''||wnd.ULTIMATE_DOPOFF_LOCATION_ID to be passed. The Carriers however, do NOThave cust_id (They only get created as party_id).

What is the best possible solution to achieve this?

Any sort of pointers would be greatly appreciated.
