Rate Service for Multistop

Hi,

When planning a set of 3 Order releases (A -> B, A -> C, A -> D), the bulk planning process creates multistop shipment ( stops as A -> B -> C -> D), only when direct rate service (A -> B, A -> C, A -> D) is available.

But, the bulk planning process fails or rather two order releases (A -> C, A -> D) are failing when the rate service is available as A -> B, B -> C, C -> D.

Please let me know if there is any planning parameter or any other config where a multistop shipment can be created with rate service as A -> B, B -> C, C -> D?

The rate service is lookup and rate distance is estimate.
