How to plan a shipment with same Items

Hi,
can anyone help me in the below case.
I am using OTM V6.2.0 version.

In my Configuration, I have created,
Packaged Item1 = 1 KG, 1 CUFT and THU = pallet1 (1*1)
Packaged Item2 = 2 KG, 2 CUFT and THU = pallet2 (1*1)

Order Release1:
Line Item1 = 100 (Pitem1)
Line Item2 = 50 (Pitem2)
Order Release1 becomes 200 KGs & 200 CUFT

Order Release2:
Line Item1 = 100 (Pitem1)
Line Item2 = 50 (Pitem2)
Order Release2 becomes 200 KGs & 200 CUFT

My Equipment Group capacity is 200 KGs & 200 CUFT.

Now if I do bluk plan the above two orders, OTM plans two shipments for each order release separetely.

As per my requirement, I should get TWO shipments. But,
Shipment 1 = Order Release1 (PItem1 Lineitem) + Order Release2 (PItem1 Lineitem)
Shipment 2 = Order Release1 (PItem2 Lineitem) + Order Release2 (PItem2 Lineitem)

In short, SAME items should come in one shipment.

I tried witH below parameters also.
USE 3D BASED LOAD CONFIGURATION = TRUE
LOAD CONFIG GROUP SHIP UNITS WITH SAME THU = TRUE (Default value)

But still I am getting two shipments and each shipment with order release wise only.

Anyone come across this type of scenario.
Please guide me.
