Which Configuration file contains OTM Installation language

Hi Friends

I was going through Integration Guide for Order Management into OTM (using SOA) & it mentions about a configuration file which has the OTM installation language. If the language of the inbound message is not same as in the configuration file, then the message is not delivered to OTM.

Does any one know which is this configuration file that contains OTM Installation language.
