Uom problem

Please i make integration between ebs and otm
when i run concurrent outbound interface i got problem
uom in enb different than otm
i mean m3 in ebd not equal to cumt in otm
how i can add in ebs
i enabled dff in ebs : Define unit of measure and enabled attribute15
then what ?
How i change ? Anyone have idea please ?
