Audit Trail- Need to set the Property in Default or Secondary

Hi,

By setting the glog.audit.beforeafter=on
I set this property in DEFAULT Property, But in SECONDARY it is like off.
Is this cause any problem in showing the result of view audit trail?
Can anyone advise me regarding this?
Result of the view audit trail is not showing the data changes value.
