Order Management and GTM

Hi,

I would like to know when an order comes in from CPQ cloud or in Order Management.

How is the party screened or how is the product screen to meet requirements.

Does it get checked in GTM interface, or do we have to click on GTM to enter the order number and it lets us know? Or does the product get checked once you are confirming shipment?

Basically wanted to know where and when the order will be checked against a restricted list?
