Unable to use Agent Action to Copy Involved Parties from Order Movement to Shipment

Dear All,

OTM - 631
Agent Type - Shipment
Event - Shipment - Created

I am trying to use "COPY INVOLVED PARTIES TO SHIPMENT" agent action, but the associated object "SHIPMENT TO ORDER MOVEMENT" is not visible.

But when i use "COPY REFNUMS TO SHIPMENT" agent action, the associated object "SHIPMENT TO ORDER MOVEMENT" is visible.

Anyone has any idea how this behavior works, if i want to bring same behavior for COPY INVOLVED PARTIES TO SHIPMENT action, is there any setup to do?

Please help on this.
