Unable to find application composer in 11.1.1.7.160119 Oracle Cloud OBIEE

Dear All Experts,

I am new in OBIEE,and we are on cloud. I need to enter new Subject Area in OBIEE 11.1.1.7 but unable to find that from where (Navigation) we can create Custom Subject Areas. While looking for that I found some documents in which it is mentioned that we can manage custom Subject areas from Application Composer.
But I don't know that how can I get the Application Composer in the application.

So, please help me in this regard.

Further, also suggest me that how can I find the documentation for the relevant Subject Areas in Oracle Transportation Management?
