Move order to shipment

Hi All,

Scenario:
I have an shipment with 4 stops and 3 orders with stop sequence 1,2,3,4 (1 is Pick 2,3,4 are Drop offs)
now i am changing the shipment stop sequence to 1,2,4,3 manually.
now i am trying to add one more order with stops 1 and 3. After performing move order to shipment action the stop sequence will be changig to 1,2,3,4.

I want the sequence should be same previous 1,2,4,3 after move new order to shipment.

please help me out to achive this scenarios.
