[SOLVED] Cannot find the Manager Layout for Tracking Events

Hello,
I am Trying to find the Manager Layout for Tracking events. But I cannot find that.

For the Tracking Events form, I am using the below navigation:
Shipment Management > Buy Shipments >Actions > Shipment Management > Events > Add Tracking Event

For Manager Layout, I am using the below navigation:
Configuration & Admin > User Configuration > Manager Layout

Further, I have attached screenshots for my step.

Please also note that we are on Oracle Cloud. Our Application version is: 6.3.4.1
