Sell Rate-configuration

Hi,

I have the following structure to be configured for sell rate

my buy rate is calculated as follows:

Fixed Rate+RPM (Rate per mile) using a tier

RPM Tier

0-30 - $2
30-100-$1.68
100-150-$1.33
150-200-$1.22

=100+ 40MI($2*30MI+$1.68*10MI)
=100+76.8= $176.8

Sell Rate to be configured as 140% as mark up on buy rate amount that is calculated
We used the condition basis as 'Buy-Shipment Allocated Cost type = B
and the rate basis as 'Buy-Shipment Allocated cost amount as 140 % .

When created sell shipment rate is not picked by OTM. Is there any other way to configure the sell rate using the markup for the below structure

= (Fixed Amount+RPM)*140%

40% is the markup on buy rate.
