Error in uploading CSV file

Hi All,

I am trying to upload a CSV file into OTM but i am getting below mentioned error:

Block [] has no closing tag (agent=LEARN.INSERT_LSP_SHIPMENT_ETA_ON_SHIPMENT_R EFNUM)

Can anyone give me a solution for this problem?
