How to Claims Vehicle Insurance Company when any damage occurs in Vehicle (Oracle TM)

Hi All Experts,

Please share the process through which we can enter the information when any Vehicle needs to be claimed for its insurance?

We are using Oracle Transport Management Module, 6.4.3.1.
