What are the steps involved while creating new Sell Order?

Hi All Experts,

Can any one please share the complete process of Sales that which steps are required to capture when a Sales Order Shipment creates, as in our company we just provide our Vehicles to different clients, so what are the steps and configurations needs to follow.
