Hi OTM group,
I often use the MANUAL shipment merge action, but the new shipment created has wrong stop sequence. The sequence is not realistic and I have to resequence stops by bypassing many constraints.
I would like to use properly the "optimize" option of the Merge Shipments action to have first attempt the correct stops sequence. But when I use it, there no way to select the shipment number I would like to keep.
If I have 2 shipments # A and # B and I must keep shipment # A, do you know how merge them correctly with "Optimize". I need that because the shipment # A is pushed in my legacy system and is used as a reference in following transactions. Shipment #B must be erased after merging it with #A.
Please help.
Thanks in advance for your support.
