Issue in generating correct Accessorial cost

Hi All,

I have create UNIT based Rate Factor and going with Accessorial Default option.
I am facing an issue in generating correct Accessorial cost. After processing Rate Factor, I am able to generate an accessorial cost but the actual cost section remains blank.
Alll configuration steps along with screen shots are in the attached file.


Kindly help me to calculate the correct accessorial cost.
