Hi All,
I am trying to plan certain orders to a final destination location thats on an Itinerary Leg, which is different than the destination location on the Order. We don't want to use Plan To location on the Order.
To explain that a bit more, lets say we have an international order, going via Air from a location in Chicago to Paris. The order lists the from-to locations as the actual locations in Chicago and Paris. But per our terms, we are only responsible for the Shipment to the Airport in Paris (CDG).
I am trying to put the CDG airport as the Destination Location on the Itinerary Leg. When OTM goes thru the planning process, it seems to not like that destination location on the Itinerary Leg and fails to plan the order. If I remove the Dest Location from the Itinerary Leg and instead put it on the Order as a Plan To location, it plans just fine (builds a 2 leg shipment, From the Source location in Chicago to the Chicago O'Hare Airport and then an Air Leg from O'Hare Airport to CDG Airport in Paris - So I know my rates are setup correctly).
Any reason why the Destination Location on the Itinerary Leg won't supersede the Order Destination location? I really want to avoid using Plan-To locations on the Orders because they will have to be manually updated by the users each time for every order.
Any help would be great. Thanks
