Agent for Copying GTM Involved Locations to Involved Parties

Hi,
We have a requirement to copy the Involved Locations section qualifiers with values in a GTM Transaction to Involved Parties Qualifiers and values. We are creating all the locations as parties in the system. So there is no problem with the data. But how can we copy the data with in a object i.e. GTM Transaction.
