Steps to be followed to start ETL Run in FTI

Hi,

I am New to FTI, I would like to know what are the steps to be followed to RUN ETL process in FTI.
What are the prerequisites before I trigger the load manually.
I also want to execute a single interface, can I do so? for development purpose

Can anybody let me know the steps to be followed in both cases
