Snapshot/Report for number & type of vehicles along with cost

Hello All,

We have the below requirement, need few inputs:

Scenario Background:
- Client wants to know the tentative number of vehicles/trucks required for the Orders in hand. Typically they are 9 ton, 16 ton etc.
- The snapshot is just for estimations and should not carry any value/shipments for further processing
- Business benefit: Required number of vehicles (case to case) can be called in advance to avoid the delays

So, we need a snapshot/report to understand:
- Number of vehicles required for executing the on-hand orders of that day
- Type of vehicles required for executing
- Tentative cost for executing the orders of that day
- Only the above info should be retrieved, Orders shouldn’t be planned into shipments, vehicle assignment should not happen
- This snapshot/report is just for planner estimations

PS: Not looking for extra domain (Simulation / forecast) , already that option looked and ruled out

- This is similar to What-if scenario but missing on the number of trucks / type of trucks and estimated overall cost (all shipments put together). The challenge is to take that result out from what-if action result page, and put in file/report.
Any input on that side will be very helpful. Or if we can get at least the pointer of db tables used for this action, might help.
