Need help from you.
Recently I was asked to add Business process Automation menu to the user for testing purpose. So as usual I logged in as ADMIN and tried to find out what user menu is currently attached to his user id. (Navigation : Configuration and Administration->User Configuration->Manage User Access.)To my surprise there was nothing attached to it.
But when I logged in using his credentials in OTM I could see that he has only order and shipment management menus attached to his role.I tried to find out if this is done through VPD, but nothing has been setup. I opened all the custom menus from menu manager and matched it with the current user ID and here I could see that there were majority of the menus were hidden and I simply made Business Process Automation menu un-hide.
It would be of great help if someone can help me understand how a customized menu gets attached to a user without adding it from Manage User Access.
