Action behaving different in different roles

Hi All,

We have an existing functionality where one action is added to two different roles on different screens, but they open different screens when used in both. We are not able to debug and find the reason. Any help in this will be really very helpful.

The situation is for example
Action: Change Date on Order Release
Screen 1 for Order Release in Role 1, using action here opens quick code and then form to change dates
Screen 2 for Order Release in Role 2, using action here opens directly form for date changes

I am not sure why both are different and how was this configured.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
