Issue using equipment group profiles

Hi,
We have a case where our rating is based on the type of equipment chosen and our equipments are grouped accordingly into group profiles and used where relevant. We have group profiles that are created and used at a country level. So equipments used in India will be grouped under Equip_India. We also have an all encompassing equipment grp profile set called All_Equip that contains all the equipment used in our implementation.
This setup works fine for direct and multi-stop shipments. We are facing a peculiar issue in multi-leg planning. The multi-leg shipment is comprised of 2 legs, 1 domestic and 1 international. The international leg is by air and uses a particular equipment. This equipment is present in both Equip_India and All_Equip. The itinerary defined has Equip_India defined as the equipment for both legs. It fails on the second leg saying no feasible shipments. If we use All_equip or the individual equipment grp as the constraint on leg 2, it works fine. This is really strange because the same equipment grp is present in Equip_India as well.
Pl let me know if anyone has faced a similar issue.
