Inbound Transmissions stuck with STAGED status after upgrade to version 6.3.5

Hi Team,

we need some help with this current issue ..we have upgraded from 6.2.4 to 6.3.5 version and currently facing an issue with Inbound Transmissions getting stuck in STAGING status
and not getting progressed further.

We have Inbound Data Queue named - INTEGRATION IN enabled or activated and also have the parameter named DATA QUEUES - USE INBOUND DATA QUEUES set to True in the domain level parameter set.

We are having clustered environment.

Could someone please advise so to what all we could check further regards this issue..
