How to add predefined list to the Report parameters

Hello,

We have developed few custom reports in OTM.

Our requirement is for the report parameters the user select the values from the list available.

For suppose the report parameter is SHIPMENT_ID, then user need to select the shipment ID from list. Like f, l, v,n.

Is it possible??
