- Perform customerrequirements gathering and be the Subject Matter Expert for that customersonboarding process which would include customer demonstrations, OTMconfiguration, and project management responsibilities.
- Create, modify andtune OTM agents and workflow.
- Collaborate with ITintegration team by providing XML inbound layouts and configuringOutXMLProfiles to external systems.
- Custom reportsusing BI Publisher and Fusion.
- Perform customsystem modifications within existing screens, notification templates, or brandingrequirements using working knowledge of XSL and JSP.
