Context in Business Number not getting refreshed

Hi All,

We are facing very strange issue in our production instance.For order movement BNG rule, its context is not getting refreshed correctly.
After resetting the BNG rule via UI action, it works for first Order Movement and then we run through same issue.

Any pointer, please share.
