Hello,
We have the below scenario related to Province Code, need your thoughts on the below.
From Warehouse, we get a 3-digit Province Code that gets into OTM for Australia. But the native OTM accepts only 2-digit Province Code. Due to this adhoc timezones of Australia are being picked up.
For example, 'NS' is the OTM native Province Code for the Timezone: Australia/Sydney. But the Warehouse sends the Province Code as 'NSW'.
Plz share your thoughts and experience on:
Thanks,
Kalyan

Plz share your thoughts and experience on:
- Is there any solution from native OTM to handle the 3-letter Province Code? (like Country code having Country Code ID & Country Code 2)
- Any other approach to handle this scenario for all the 3 digit Province Codes from various countries (if any)? (instead of putting the logic on integration etc)
Thanks,
Kalyan
