Secondary Charge Shipment-null pointer Exception

Hi all,

I'm trying to create Secondary charge shipment using Quantity type"Received" in Secondary Charge rule.... But when I'm Using action"BUILD SECONDARY CHARGE" its giving "No Valid Secondary Charge Rules. No Secondary Charge Shipments Built."

Then from Otm help i understood that Actual deliveries are recorded using the Shipment Stop Manager. so in stop manager i confirmed the ship units quantity.Once i did this i tried same action then i'm getting null pointer exception"java.lang.NullPointerException"

Please can anyone suggest on how it works
