site wise billing for customer

Hi,

I have rate set up for each customer as follows:
1) Created Location (including primary Contact) and Corporation for each customer
2) Created Corporation Profile to be compatible (or not compatible) with one Corporation.
3) Assign Corporation Profile to Rate Offering
4) Assign (manually) Location, defined in (1), as Involved Party Location and BILL-TO as Involved Party Qualifier to Order.

Now this set-up is working fine while I am selecting the corporation as BILL-TO involved party customer(in the Order involved party qual drop down only corporation id is visible not the location).

Here I have created another location and attached to one of the Corporation. So Now I have One corporation(C) and two Locations(L1,L2) attached to it.

Here I want to bill the customer location wise rather in corporation level.
Is it possible to set the different rate for each location for the same corporation?
