Hi All,
Assign rate agent rates some shipments and exits abruptly without rating the remaining shipments. When i rate the shipments manually, am able to do it. And also , when i re-run the rating process, the remaining shipments are rated.
We have a planning parameter USE RATE PREFERENCE set to "0 Do Not Use Preferred Rates".
We checked the log, but could not find any abnormality.
Could you please let us know, what are all the possible reasons for exiting abruptly.
