Untrusted relative URL error while accessing external URL (OTM 6.3.7)

Hi

We have a REDIRECT_OR Action which generates a URL of an external system.

We are facing an error while clicking on the action
http://<ip>:<port>/xxxx/yyyyyy?docname=XXXX&gid=TEST_OR1 is an untrusted relative URL.

Note: The URL works fine if I open it separately.

I looked up the properties and below is been set currently glog.webserver.properties:glog.web.security.url.pr otocols=http,https

I added glog.web.security.url.http.trustedDomain using Property Management (UI) but it doesn't seem to be working.

Did any of you dealt with this issue?
