Recently we have been facing issues where in a user changes his/her password and logs back in ..he/she sees a blank OTM screen(all the user menu's are lost).
Restarting the cluster of web/app servers is resolving the issue.
Did anyone face this issue before ? Can someone help me by throwing light on what could be wrong?
