OTM 6.3.6 supports XSL 2.0

Hi All,

We are using OTM 6.3.6 and we have some XSLT changes to be done.
With analysis, found that it is simple to do it in XSLt version 2.0.

Does 6.3.6 supports XSL version 2.0.
