Planning Past orders to current shipment

Hi Team,
We are having few issue with the client working on 6.2.5 Version.
Before getting in to issues, below are the data points and configuration,
1. Order Releases - Always have Early and late delivery date but the information on Early and late Pickup date won’t be there.
2. Date Emphasis constraint is “BOTH”.
3. Most of the Shipment will be created by Bulk Plan.
4. The Parameter “COMPUTE SHIPMENT TIME WINDOW” for all the Parameter sets is defined as “FALSE”
5. The Parameter “HOLD AS LATE AS POSSIBLE” for all the Parameter sets is defined as “TRUE”
Please find below list of issues,
6. glog.business.consolidation.bulkplan.orderSortByDa teType property is set as 3 = SORT_BY_LATE_DELIVERY_DATE

Issue-1:
1. Planning the Past orders to current shipment.
2. Ex: Consider one Order release with late delivery date as 25-07-2015
3. Another Order release with late delivery date as 10-08-2015
4. Plan a shipment with these two orders altogether via Bulk plan.
5. Shipment created successfully.

Issue-2:
1. Moving the Past orders to current shipment.
2. Ex: Consider one Order release with late delivery date as 25-07-2015
3. Another Order release with late delivery date as 10-08-2015
4. Plan a shipment for the order created in step 3 via bulk plan.
5. Later move the order created in step 2.
6. Movement success!

Issue-3:
1. Planning Orders with different late delivery date and early delivery date.
2. Ex: Consider one Order release with early delivery date as 09-08-2015 and late delivery date as 20-08-2015
3. Another Order release with early delivery date as 05-08-2015 and late delivery date as 10-08-2015
4. Plan a shipment with these two orders altogether via bulk plan.
5. Shipment created successfully with end time as 20-08-2015. (Ideally it should be before 10-08-2015)


Please note: i have a control over Parameter set alone.
I can't include pick up date in Order release and also can't change the date emphasis constraints to none.


Any help in this regard is much appreciated.
