Sell side shipments not creating

Hi All,

In a multistop scenario , when the recurring process runs in our system, its saying PLANNING_SELL_PLANNED - FAILED, I have chekced the rate records are setup properly for this and the expiration dates of the rates and contracts exists fine.

Could you please where could be the issue to build the sell sides.
