Need sample style sheet to convert planned shipment xml to another xml file

Hi Friends

Can anyone share the below
1) Sample XSL stylesheet which is used to convert a planned shipment xml into another xml
2) Stylesheet profile setup
3) Server location to place the customized stylesheet (OTM 6.3.6)
