Here I have a case. We have designed a solution wherein we have locations allocated to the regions. Regions are the 8 digit codes with first two digits as country code, next two as zone code, next two as a region code and next two as a location code. We have specific route code to each location which is same as the above eight digit code. We store this code in one of the renums of the location. Now what client wants is if while planning 80% of the truck weight capacity is not fulfill by the orders to a particular location then the system should pick the orders from the nearest location in the same shipment. Nearest area means 6 digit from left side is the same is mentioned area.
