LDAP Users to be marked as RPLS Passed

Hi All

I have below requirement to be achieved. Please guide me how it can be achieved.

Description:

- Event: GL User created

- Check: Does the created user (based on username which is LDAP ALIAS) have a valid LDAP record and is Employee?
This is to be checked through integration with LDAP.

- Action: If check is positive, then Mark the user as RPLS Passed
