How to configure different stylesheet by dispatch contact for email tender

I need to apply a different stylesheet based on the tender contact. For example, I want to use stylesheet A for the default servprov contact, but I want to use stylesheet B for a dispatch location contact's email tender.

Is that possible? I've been tinkering with the Contact Notification setup, but it seems just go with the default email stylesheet regardless of what tender contact ID is on the shipment.
