Query on Consolidation/Deconsolidation

Hello Everyone,
I have a scenario in which there are 3 orders,
A >> X
B >> Y
C >> Z
Here A,B,C are source locations and X,Y,Z are Destination locations. Goods are shipped from A,B,C to a Consolidation pool- M. From M, All the orders are shipped to a Deconsolidation Pool- N in a single shipment and then it is further shipped to X,Y,Z.
Hence While planning, there should be 7 shipments.
A >> M
B >> M
C >> M
M >> N
N >> X
N >> Y
N >> Z
I have defined itinerary as :
Leg1- Consolidation Pool (M)
Leg2- Deconsolidation Pool (N)
Leg3- ShipTo/ShipFrom
With this setup, when I do a Bulk Plan with all 3 orders, OTM is creating 9 Shipments, 3 Shipments for each order.
What all changes should I do to get the expected results??????
