Not able to use Move order to shipment action for Multi Leg.

Hi,
We have a scenario for export where foe some specific products business can send more than 100% of the container capacity. For export we have 2 leg shipments 1: TL (DC-> POL) and 2: Ocean (POL->POD).

For these scenarios when we are trying to add any order to the existing shipment(leg1 and leg2) with consolidate equipment uncheck (as total weight/volume > 100%) OTM showing standard error as source and destination should be same as shipment when using without consolidate equipment.

Can you please help us , if there is any way to achieve this. Let me know if any othr details required.
