xsl grouping issue

Hi All,

We have a requirement where we need to group the shipment based on pickup location for the notification send to the client for consolidated ltl shipments.for eg

Shipment 00055396 and 00055397 group together and 00055473 and 00055472 separate as they are sharing same location name in the xml attached
