Tender notification showing Manual

Hi All ,

I have one issue with tender notification , i was changed communication method Email in service provider and Involved party also in shipment and made rank -1 .

i am not receiving email notification , after doing Tender it was showing communication method as manual , it supposed to show email , i am just wondering if all the options are in place why it was not showing comm method as email .

is there any logic based on the style sheet changes or those work flow folder path..?
