How to send different tender payload for same Servprov

All:

I need to know if it's possible to send a different tender format for the same carrier depending on the shipment. Basically, I need 2 tender versions- one with ship unit details and one without. So for the same carrier (servprov_gid) and same lane/geography, I may need to send one or other depending on the contents of the shipment. Ideally, I'd like an agent to determine which tender format to send and then tender it to the carrier.

Is that possible?
