Failed to send the shipment from OTM to EBS.

Hi Gurus,

I am integrating EBS and OTM, get thr orders from EBs to OTM and planned,tendered successfully in OTM but i am unable to find out shipment information in EBs side.
i have check the Transmission its showing Error. i have found one exception in transmision details
THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTION WHILE PROCESSING TRANSMISSION OUTBOUND: OTM failed to send HTTP transmission 610 from 10.168.11.101 to null with the following Exception: HTTP


Please let me know where the setup is missing in OTM and where i have to mention HTTP url in external system.
That url is OTM url or EBS url?
