Consolidating and Scheduling the results.

Hi,

I have a requirement, such that, based on few criteria on the Shipment Status, i have built a query which would pick the Shipments from the database. These shipments belong to different Service Providers, these have to be consolidated for each service provider.

For Example, if the Query pick's up 50 shipments, belonging to 5 service providers. It has to be consolidated as 10 shipments for each service providers.

Then this result has to be scheduled and must be sent to the particular service provider.

If i do this by BI Reports, i am able to consolidate the results but unable to send it separately to the particular Service provider.

If i do this by Data Query, i am able to send it to the intended service provider but unable to consolidate it.

Can anyone please help me on this.
