User Role Problem

Hi All,

I have to set only Location View access to the user.
So I have created a role with COMMON and Location - View permissions only in Access Control Lists.

After assign the role to the user and try to open the Location, it is giving below error message.
You do not have rights to view Stack Traces.

Please check the attachment for screen shots.
Has anybody faced the issue.
Please guide me.
